At MillsPoint Goods we want our customers to be happy. We believe our products including collars, leashes, and longlines are top of the line. Here we address the circumstances and process for refunds and returns.

IMPORTANT NOTE: USA Biothane is NOT chew-proof. MillsPoint Goods will not refund or replace an item which has been cut, chewed, or otherwise severed in two. Sadly, it happens. I am happy to repair a chewed-through longline or leash for a fee. Contact me and we will arrange something.

It is our policy that for a construction issue with any of our products, within 60 days of purchase, we want to hear from you. We will do our best to make it right. Please use the contact form, or email us at [email protected], Your email should include: your name, mailing address, place, approximate date of purchase, phone number, and description of the problem. Include a picture if possible. Also, note about whether you are requesting a replacement or return. We commit to a prompt response. Once approved, we will process your refund within 2-5 business days, using the original method of payment.

  • Gift cards will not be converted to cash or accepted for returned.
